Ric Castañeda
Asset Management Director
Ric is an owner and the asset manager of a commercial multifamily property in Minneapolis, MN. Along with managing his property, he has passive investing experience in the the greater Minneapolis area.
A physician by training, Ric’s approach to real estate investment is as thorough and thoughtful as his approach to treating his patients. His mission is to provide quality affordable homes for his residents that are profitable for his investors.
In his free time Ric loves to spend time with his family, bike, ski, and garden.
Shalini Kadaveru
Acquisition and Operations Director
Shalini has 25+ years of business management experience, mostly in technology companies. Her professional background includes stints in product management, business modeling, pricing strategy and product marketing. She has led large cross-functional teams to deliver projects that drive top line growth at Fortune 50 companies.
Alongside her professional career, she kept her passion for real estate alive by investing in residential and commercial properties for over 15+ years. Shalini has an MBA from Wharton and Masters in Computer Science from University of Texas at Dallas. Shalini enjoys hiking and cooking during her spare time.
Dana Trethewy
Business Director
Dana spent over 20 years overseeing data analysis and asset management in a variety of roles in the public and private sector. Her positions have included analyst, implementation specialist, program creation and management, people management and information technology director. Her professional focus is on solving problems within complex systems involving assets, geography, and technology.
She has spent the last decade acquiring commercial multifamily assets. Her portfolio had over 50 units before starting to dispose and reposition in 2020. She also participates in real estate syndications including multifamily, storage, manufactured housing, triple net lease and others as a limited partner to diversify her portfolio.
When she isn’t looking at real estate or in front of the computer, she enjoys jogging, hiking and being out in the woods.
